Shenyang Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee Conducts Legislative Research on Scientific and Technological Innovation at Tianyuan Zhizao

On March 4, Wang Hongyu, Member of the Standing Committee of the Shenyang Municipal People's Congress and Deputy Director of the Municipal People's Congress Legal Committee, led a research team to Shaanxi Tianyuan Intelligent Remanufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianyuan Zhizao") to conduct legislative research on scientific and technological innovation work. Huang Fang, Executive Vice General Manager of Tianyuan Zhizao and General Manager of the Mining Equipment Manufacturing Division, accompanied the visit.

During the research, Vice General Manager Huang Fang provided a detailed introduction to Tianyuan Zhizao's development history, technological R&D achievements, and layout in the intelligent remanufacturing industry. The report focused on optimizing government support mechanisms, innovating the introduction and cultivation of high-end talents, and implementing precise local financial support.

After the research, Deputy Director Wang Hongyu highly commended Tianyuan Zhizao's outstanding achievements in technological innovation, intelligent remanufacturing technical services, and industrial practices. She expressed intentions to actively promote policy support and resource alignment to help the company break through key technological bottlenecks, expand market space, and jointly build a more vibrant new ecosystem for science and technology.
