Shaanxi Shennan Tianyi Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a high-tech enterprise jointly established by Shaanxi Coal Group Shennan Industrial Development Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Tianyuan Intelligent Remanufacturing Co., Ltd., and Xi'an Intelligent Remanufacturing Research Institute Co., Ltd., has a registered capital of 100 million yuan and commenced full production in April 2022. The company operates three production workshops: a hydraulic remanufacturing workshop, a comprehensive remanufacturing workshop, and an assembly workshop. With a total floor area of 116,000 square meters, its internal wall copper melting capacity reaches 611,520 d㎡/year, while the external wall laser cladding capacity stands at 349,440 d㎡/year. The facility can annually repair 3 sets totaling 500 support structures. As a key base for remanufacturing complete coal mining equipment, the company provides value-added services including remanufacturing support for coal mining machinery, excavation and transportation systems, hydraulic control equipment, and components, along with sales and leasing of remanufacturing equipment.
