Focusing on core components of laser additive manufacturing systems and directional energy deposition (DED) technology, our research and development center specializes in key technologies including wire-powder hybrid additive manufacturing, red-blue laser hybrid additive manufacturing, laser-arc hybrid additive manufacturing, intelligent control, and smart sensing. We integrate various processes, combine different material types, and merge additive and subtractive manufacturing techniques. Through a real-time perception-decision-control closed-loop system, we achieve high-precision, adaptive, and fully intelligent manufacturing of complex products. To meet additive remanufacturing demands in mining, petroleum, rail transit, and metallurgy sectors, we have developed a series of intelligent equipment including mobile laser cladding systems for hydraulic support cylinder remanufacturing, eight-axis intelligent remanufacturing systems, five-axis additive-subtractive integrated systems, and 3D printing devices.
