On November 16, the start-up ceremony of Asia-Potash Tyontech Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was grandly held in the Asia Potassium International Smart Industrial Park in Laos. Songxay Siphandone, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Democratic Republic and Prime Minister of the Government, Malaythorn Gongmathy, Minister of Industry and Trade, and Wanxay Phongsavan, Governor of Khammouane Province, attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony and witnessed the arrival of this milestone moment together with Zheng Youye, Director and Deputy General Manager of Asia Potassium International; Liu Yonggang, Deputy General Manager of Asia Potassium International and Executive Deputy General Manager of Sino-Agri Potash Fertilizer, Wang Chunchang, Chairman of Shaanxi Tyontech Intelligent Remanufacturing Co., Ltd., and Li Shiliang, General Manager of Asia-Potash Tyontech Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. More than 100 people witnessed the arrival of this milestone moment. Tyontech's "going overseas" this time is a favorable measure for the company to fully respond to the call of the "Belt and Road" construction and help the development of Laos' remanufacturing industry. It is also a favorable proof that the company has been deeply engaged in remanufacturing technology development and industrial application for many years and won international market recognition.
Asia-Potash Tyontech Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was jointly funded by Asia-Potash International's subsidiary Zhongnong Potash Fertilizer Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi Tyontech Intelligent Remanufacturing Co., Ltd. It is a comprehensive intelligent remanufacturing industry project integrating additive manufacturing (3D printing), remanufacturing, and high-end manufacturing. It provides strong support for the maintenance and remanufacturing of domestic enterprises' overseas equipment, and plays an important role in logistics support in emergency parts manufacturing, etc., to make up for the shortcomings of Laos' machinery manufacturing industry chain.
The Asia-Potash Tyontech project is built in two phases. The first phase of the project put into production this time covers an area of about 5,000 square meters. It has three remanufacturing production sections for hydraulic components, motors and electrical components, and complete sets of equipment. It is equipped with more than 50 sets of advanced production equipment such as additive manufacturing, intelligent welding, automatic disassembly, machining and testing instruments. It has an annual production capacity of 1,500 sets of motors, 2,000 hydraulic cylinders, 500 sets of mechanical parts and other small electromechanical equipment.
The smooth production of Asia-Potash Tyontech embodies the deep friendship of China-Laos cooperation. With China's intelligent remanufacturing technology as a shield, it injects a shot of adrenaline into the efficient production of international corporate equipment and helps upgrade the mining and chemical industries in Laos and Southeast Asia.
