2. product use
JCR-IM01-Intelligent Laser Internal and External Diameter Detection Equipment is a smart non-contact system for cylinder diameter measurement, delivering comprehensive and high-precision inspections with rapid operation.
l Inner and outer diameter inspection
3. How it works
The JCR-IM01 Intelligent Laser Internal/External Diameter Inspection System employs multiple laser sensors integrated with a pipeline-adaptive robot. During operation, it automatically acquires measurement data to calculate diameter and roundness, enabling comprehensive and high-precision internal diameter inspection of hydraulic cylinders. This technology performs non-contact, all-around rapid scanning and analysis of the cylinder's inner surface.
4. Product Advantages
l contactless
l Integrated inner and outer diameter inspection
l Can achieve sub-millimeter level or even higher accuracy
l Fast and efficient
5. Related technical indicators
① Equipment inspection content: inner diameter size;
② The device can measure the range: diameter φ200 mm-φ700 mm, length ≤3 m;
③ The detection accuracy of the inner diameter of the device is ±0.02 mm;
④ The repeatability of the inner diameter measurement of the device is ±0.002 mm;
⑤ Display detection results in real time, provide quantitative data, and form data reports;
⑥ Can be transferred to the company's existing data management system;
⑦ Alarm function: when the equipment detects unqualified workpiece, it will use (sound) light alarm prompt, and the display color will change to red to warn;
⑧ Device measurement time:
Inner diameter inspection: The system measures 4×3 dimensions and completes the entire cylinder inspection within ≤6 minutes.
⑨ The system is equipped with a reserved data acquisition interface for real-time monitoring of operational parameters and process data via Ethernet. It supports communication with host software algorithms through TCP/IP, OPC_UA, and other protocols. The detection data is transmitted to the company's existing MES system, enabling digitalization of cylinder wall inspection data that can be accessed remotely.
