3. How it works

The JCR-ID01 intelligent internal wall defect detection system employs a 2D-camera and 3D-camera coupling technology to capture color, texture, and other surface characteristics of hydraulic cylinder interiors. It simultaneously constructs a 3D model of the cylinder's inner surface to obtain depth information. By integrating the strengths of both camera types with advanced image processing algorithms and data analysis techniques, the system achieves comprehensive, precise, and automated inspection of various internal wall defects in hydraulic cylinders.
