The LDIN-D120L1000B is a high-power internal-walled laser cladding head designed for semiconductor lasers (NA=0.22), specifically engineered for laser cladding on narrow workpiece surfaces. Featuring integrated water, powder, and gas delivery systems, this compact and user-friendly device enables cladding operations on pipes with diameters as small as 120mm and depths up to 1000mm. Its built-in water cooling mechanism and innovative internal cooling structure effectively regulate temperature fluctuations during operation, ensuring optimal performance under high-power conditions.The system can run continuously and stably during operation.
