The LDIN-D100L2000A is a high-power internal wall laser cladding head designed for narrow workpiece surfaces. Featuring integrated water, powder, and gas delivery systems, this compact and user-friendly device enables cladding on pipes with diameters as small as 100mm and depths up to 2200mm. Its built-in water cooling mechanism and innovative internal cooling structure effectively regulate temperature fluctuations during operation.Thus, the cladding head can run continuously and stably during high power machining.
