3. How it works
The JRA-630S2 ultra-high-speed wire laser cladding system employs composite additive manufacturing technology based on Directed Energy Deposition (DED). This innovative process utilizes laser beams as energy sources to melt metal wires, enabling layer-by-layer deposition on substrates for structural reinforcement or 3D part fabrication. The system supports simultaneous material addition and removal, representing an advanced DED additive manufacturing technology that integrates multiple processes and material types.

4. Product Advantages
l Patented laser head: adopts coaxial optical wire feeding technology, high cladding efficiency, low porosity, material utilization rate close to 100%.
l High cladding efficiency: Under 6KW laser power, the cladding efficiency of stainless steel wire can reach 1.8kg/h; the cladding efficiency is twice that of powder material under the same power.
l Process advantage: good mechanical properties of cladding layer, very low heat input, low dilution rate, dense cladding layer.
l Wide application: can be widely used in all kinds of slender rods, thin-walled parts and other parts prone to deformation, more suitable for mechanical properties requirements, material cost sensitive application scenarios.
l Suitable for a variety of materials: can be applied to self-developed twisted wire, high strength welding wire, TIG welding wire, etc., including all kinds of carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel-based, cobalt-based alloy welding wire.
