The BX-3000 integrated portable laser cladding system employs composite additive manufacturing technology based on Directed Energy Deposition (DED). This innovative process utilizes laser beams or other energy sources to melt metal powders, enabling layer-by-layer deposition on substrates for structural reinforcement or 3D component fabrication. The system supports simultaneous material addition and removal, representing an advanced DED additive manufacturing technology that combines multiple processes and integrates diverse material types.
