- Product Description
Product Introduction
The LAW-3000L8-CMT intelligent laser arc composite welding equipment can be applied to thin plate welding. The product uses a 6-axis robot (with the ability to extend external moving axes/rotary axes) to coordinate the large-sized motion mechanism, and the welding range is flexible and adjustable. The product is equipped with a 3kW fiber laser and a 500A digital CMT/MIG welding machine, which can achieve dual heat source (laser and arc) collaborative welding. The welding efficiency, quality, and adaptability have been significantly improved. The equipment can integrate intelligent functions such as laser vision weld seam tracking, digital twin of welding path, pre-weld path simulation, and closed-loop parameter adjustment. At the same time, the equipment can be equipped with the coaxial molten pool online monitoring function, which provides real-time feedback on molten depth and defect information during the welding process. The equipment can collect, analyze, store, and trace information throughout the entire processing process, and achieve digital management throughout the entire process.

Product Advantages

Stable structure
● Utilizing the gantry structure with 8-axis linkage, the processing stability is high and the processing range can be flexibly adjusted.

Thin plate breakthrough
● Technical breakthrough in gold sheet welding

High-quality weld seams
● Laser stabilizes the arc, enhancing the absorption of the laser, resulting in better welding quality for thin plates

Low heat, low deformation
● The heat input is only 30% to 50% of that of traditional MIG, and the deformation is reduced by more than 80%

High tolerance
● Gap tolerance > 0.5mm, superior to the 0.1mm high assembly accuracy requirement of pure laser welding, suitable for the actual assembly fluctuations of the production line

Full traceability
● Dual-modal real-time dynamic data acquisition of CCD + OCT for molten pool, with all-process data archiving for traceability

Intelligent Interconnection
● Compatible with mainstream communication protocols (such as ModBus TCP/EtherCat, etc.), complete data collection and remote monitoring throughout the process, seamless integration with the digital factory platform
